I have had the privilege of a few uninterrupted minutes to start my day. I love summer and I love being able to spend most of my time with my kiddos, but this mommy time is precious. I wanted to take a few minutes to share one of my favorite StudioJ layouts with you! As many of you, I am fan of Creating Keepsakes on Facebook and LOVE their inspiration. I follow Ali Edwards and glen from her Everyday Life album! Recently I was inspired by a digital layout CK posted on FB. See below:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj4HKpZOZ3u_MJpjwRasFD6UZx8t5XJNMYetcI4gb-kow_b_2rr9y1aAFGDk7J8yiU2xlRehoiJjcwadUOKZTt8QNSrY6uwSZAr0ln0LbhJdLcGOewfsS2onqmyJgxunrpgL9DwZTN_3yXH/s1600/422584_10150736469586995_45067171994_11659749_36274002_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="314" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj4HKpZOZ3u_MJpjwRasFD6UZx8t5XJNMYetcI4gb-kow_b_2rr9y1aAFGDk7J8yiU2xlRehoiJjcwadUOKZTt8QNSrY6uwSZAr0ln0LbhJdLcGOewfsS2onqmyJgxunrpgL9DwZTN_3yXH/s320/422584_10150736469586995_45067171994_11659749_36274002_n.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
After seeing this I knew I wanted to recreate it for my cover page for my Disney Album. First, I signed into StudioJ (www.scrapali.myctmh.com - products - StudioJ). Next, I opened a new project and titled it Disney Cover, I looked through all my paper options and choose "Giggles & Grins" - the Disney inspired paper pack. After selecting the paper pack it will ask you to choose a layout. To create this layout you must select the "No Limits" layout - this is a member's only exclusive layout. This will give you two 12 x 12 photo wells. You can make them journaling, but I advise you don't. Even if you only want one page, you can then print a 12 x 12 photo at not additional charge. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgf0-iQzpicSPw9B7uSQOoux8P6rtOz6PTzsgRVxc6thalUQbFXGxu5HTsqVguZRUPB4N7LpVRuR8FJaY56mTDyQ4ODxtX7lNCeHNeCcuigcychHwSjotgEmbjIX0zTCa7-aIXfYkWOjUFn/s1600/studioj+no+limits+screen.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="180" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgf0-iQzpicSPw9B7uSQOoux8P6rtOz6PTzsgRVxc6thalUQbFXGxu5HTsqVguZRUPB4N7LpVRuR8FJaY56mTDyQ4ODxtX7lNCeHNeCcuigcychHwSjotgEmbjIX0zTCa7-aIXfYkWOjUFn/s320/studioj+no+limits+screen.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
Upload the photos you want to use and set to work. I uploaded two photos, then added my journaling block and a few stickease and accents to create this one of a kind look.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
When my layout was finished below is what it looked like when I printed it. I will post a picture of what I do to the other page (right side). I plan to use it as a hybrid layout (combining digital and paper scrapbooking) as a closing to my Disney Album. <br />

Don't miss this! The footloose budget club meeting will be on June 12 at my home. You can email me for details as to what to bring. Place a $25 order and your page is free or pay $5 for your materials. We will be creating a super fun layout highlighting our photos to create one of a kind titles and a large journaling space. Also, use our new badge buttons to stamp on and add multiply colors to your stamped images using toilet paper! Plus, don't know what to use that white stamp pad for? Create eye catching quotes or add the perfect soft edge to this gorgeous paper!<br />

This means that everytime you purchase 2 stamp sets of your choice you get 1 of equal or lesser value FREE! I have taken the time to break down the prices for you to see the best value! You will still pay ship/tax on the free item (per CTMH). The letter sizes can be found at the beginning of each item number. I have calculated ship/tax based upon a gathering order of a percentage instead of direct ship costs to you.<br />
<br />
A size $6.95 each - $8.20 with ship/tax<br />
B size $9.95 each - $11.74 with ship/tax<br />
C size $13.95 each - $16.46 with ship/tax<br />
D size $17.95 each - $21.18 with ship/tax<br />
E size $29.95 each - $35.34 with ship/tax<br />
<br />
If you purchase 3 of the same stampsets you will save whatever the price of the 3 stamp set is (ie. 3 C size stamp sets saves you $13.95 off your total order). You can mix and match the sizes of your stamp sets, just note that the FREE stamp set will be the lowest price item. Remember if you purchase $50 or more you can also add the adorable SOTM for just $5.<br />

Join the Budget Club! This year I am celebrating my 5-year anniversary and pulling out all the STOPS! In June to kick off summer we will be using the new Footloose Workshops on the Go kit and album pages! I love scrapbooking and I have pictures left over all the time. I don't want to just throw them away, but there isn't enough left over or not that great of pic to put on a page. To solve the problem and to help me scrapbook faster, simplier, and easier I am using the Album pages. You may have seen these before if you follow Ali Edwards and her project life album, but I wanted to take that inspiration and make it my own! Last year my family and I took the kids to the beach for their first time! It was a great week and I came back with a ton of photos and many stories. It took a while to scrapbook all those precious memories and even after my pages were finished I still had photos I didn't want to just toss out. I order the Album pages and set to work. This is also a great way to use up scraps!<br />
Although, I had scrapped most of my pictures I couldn't figure out a nice way to introduce the trip, until I saw the new layout in the Footloose Workshops on the Go. I used the right page as my title page (see below). Of course, if you know me you also know I LOVE the flip flaps! I love the ease in adding 2-4 extra pictures layered on top to create a mini album. On this layout I also used the tissue stamping technique and the exclusive stamp set combined with the new Wooden Badge buttons to create one of a kind embellishments. <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg8VawYMcWo7BpPtpYBD5jueia5GEzFJbSXxZf4t32xJUCWCZf2_Y7QWy18xNXIbJxNX9pwwMCF_RwfpououXE0jwKZFNxvGW3m7G3PRH0CoWgISSZUUiQCA69Vqd1L93hh4eI4VG1wG9nr/s1600/photo.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="239" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg8VawYMcWo7BpPtpYBD5jueia5GEzFJbSXxZf4t32xJUCWCZf2_Y7QWy18xNXIbJxNX9pwwMCF_RwfpououXE0jwKZFNxvGW3m7G3PRH0CoWgISSZUUiQCA69Vqd1L93hh4eI4VG1wG9nr/s320/photo.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
After I had finally completed all my pages I still had over 40 pictures I just couldn't imagine tossing to the side. I have always been inspired by Ali Edwards and thought her project life idea would be perfect for these left over photos. I grabbed a couple album pages from my stash and set to work. We will use the scraps from our layout and add the new colored Footloose Dimensional Elements to add simple and fun embellishments. Just crop down a few of your photos, add a little stamping, and in a minutes you have used your extra pictures, but added a little extra special touches to those boring album pages.<br />

Each year, over 3 million American children are reported as abused... physically attacked, emotionally damaged, sexually molested, or severely neglected - often by the people they have loved and trusted most.</div><div>They are children like Jimmy - an eight-year old who has known more of violent tempers and cruel comments than he has hugs and kind words and loving encouragement. It is for children like Jimmy that we created Royal Family KIDS.</div><div>Most Social Services departments refer children to faith based camps such as those sponsored by the Salvation Army and Catholic Social Services when two criteria are met; namely, that no child is coerced to accept any particular religion, and that the foster placement program, foster parents or other caretakers are given a voluntary choice. Royal Family KIDS meet these two criteria.</div><div>Although each camp counselor and staff member is a committed Christian, the camps do not proselytize, and no religion is ever criticized or denigrated.</div><div>The camps extend Christian love and care, with adults modeling a non-violent, positive way of life as an alternative to many of the negative, abusive situations which children of abuse and neglect have faced.</div><div><br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhTbjRZTAFYFGDFcEbpVhtGtD6t1AbtSeUJiy_51c_ttF4umzpjfQqpnnuf7CacV80jbIS9hJiANlaXIbDTus9AlxSXAWxPmgXhjv1liLoVCAaMWc8QLt5m9m0vKzj8POa65u-YF36Rkh_w/s1600/DSCN5331.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhTbjRZTAFYFGDFcEbpVhtGtD6t1AbtSeUJiy_51c_ttF4umzpjfQqpnnuf7CacV80jbIS9hJiANlaXIbDTus9AlxSXAWxPmgXhjv1liLoVCAaMWc8QLt5m9m0vKzj8POa65u-YF36Rkh_w/s320/DSCN5331.JPG" width="320" /> </a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I made "bubbles" To make bubbles, all you need is a spare plastic baggy, liquid glass, and a circle cutter.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"></div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;">Cut the side seems of the baggy.<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi4PctHa6rIA57QIZjIKyTOBpPmzUoDqT9mPz_wPjop5Be98noXf5V1FyMGEcyPlKNUIhVxUYlC7Gnb58JaFinrXkXciA6uuPJZZ7XXJcqDydrAd8C4MKB5NcajQbeCBc0D5Wr4xSQbzi1j/s1600/DSCN5322.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="133" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi4PctHa6rIA57QIZjIKyTOBpPmzUoDqT9mPz_wPjop5Be98noXf5V1FyMGEcyPlKNUIhVxUYlC7Gnb58JaFinrXkXciA6uuPJZZ7XXJcqDydrAd8C4MKB5NcajQbeCBc0D5Wr4xSQbzi1j/s200/DSCN5322.JPG" width="200" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjkmX4m0sIiPrKM81B_HLOHwNJ5pFJ3n58fa476mzCxvTmH0SuCovdPNiklo7lPlDos8rakTwmXYmib4mtJMS9NG0uXDIZiCYWxP5HFSMhozb8PCSqXtuBrG0taRo_Wipvgrz4O4K5qCXQs/s1600/DSCN5330.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"></a></div><br />

<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
I then used Liquid Glass around the outside edges of each of the circles.<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
Step #2 Add your title using stickers!<br />
I love CTMH stickease because they coordinate perfectly with the paper as well as provide whole sayings and quotes.<br />

</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Step #3 Add journaling and any final touches!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgZA1SBlhQ4rBOCsBLBiJACH7DNUyiP-m-qgx1OcybetXa_2Est9pbwzRFZG7bL2MmumANL_GdmyTj1fwkpPyfNYDFshE1GMNoM08g1rtNSYILgT5K2ZNwbGSdC1HGBY5KLVmRJgevBunwF/s1600/2011-06-10+13.52.01.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgZA1SBlhQ4rBOCsBLBiJACH7DNUyiP-m-qgx1OcybetXa_2Est9pbwzRFZG7bL2MmumANL_GdmyTj1fwkpPyfNYDFshE1GMNoM08g1rtNSYILgT5K2ZNwbGSdC1HGBY5KLVmRJgevBunwF/s320/2011-06-10+13.52.01.jpg" width="312" /> </a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />

Having fun? I sure hope you are! <br />
<br />
Today's challenge is to add a strip of that 3rd color of cardstock you picked out on Day 1. Add it to the layout. <br />
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh3Dn9g0YlU_EadJEChKYhkCcIOTmf8LfX8TRX6tjL9-JXlQRfgQkh4kB7mZEwR9UMuAQs1z9znBzFz4S3cMfn9xu6gwg2VmUDlb5OjNGlaco3rpeHpScaaHzjfSrDgkC2lm8a2BekbqV3s/s1600/DSCN5325.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh3Dn9g0YlU_EadJEChKYhkCcIOTmf8LfX8TRX6tjL9-JXlQRfgQkh4kB7mZEwR9UMuAQs1z9znBzFz4S3cMfn9xu6gwg2VmUDlb5OjNGlaco3rpeHpScaaHzjfSrDgkC2lm8a2BekbqV3s/s320/DSCN5325.JPG" width="320" /></a><br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
Then adhere your focal photo to the opposite page (if doing a 2-page layout) as your photo stripe! <br />

Today it is simple. Add an embellishment of a contrasting color. I used chocolate ribbon. If you are doing a two page layout put the same embellishment on both pages! Then add a piece of cardstock in the same color of 12" x ? (whatever you like).<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihrX0pZiklxiCgKTOlZb17Idl7DTsqINNjwaqeilYtULJ7WoxyaqLfQkWMczPrvyuZm7B6WHx_vnd6yKEuWEHf5uFXMrT765tvUHaG6fTXTGjwUx6DVsYSvWivUZmKWTOV86CCHuaPSD_g/s1600/DSCN5324.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="213" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihrX0pZiklxiCgKTOlZb17Idl7DTsqINNjwaqeilYtULJ7WoxyaqLfQkWMczPrvyuZm7B6WHx_vnd6yKEuWEHf5uFXMrT765tvUHaG6fTXTGjwUx6DVsYSvWivUZmKWTOV86CCHuaPSD_g/s320/DSCN5324.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>Alihttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10074655335945344211noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5010829746187306048.post-47831228797372990082011-06-07T09:51:00.000-07:002011-06-07T10:02:36.845-07:00Progressive Challege Day #2It's not too late to join the fun! Grab some pictures and scroll down to see yesterdays challenge. Today we will add additional photos and our paper to our base pages!<br />
<br />
Day #2: Using your leftover photos from yesterday create a photo strip (you can make it smaller than mine, but I wanted to use the whole photos).<br />
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg21POXz8J3XzHHK6XgzH7HazNfObWsLH-q8qV8E8r5SLC0qxhVuvYkm_u-VvH0YlQG077lT1hOf2octuShnH_2BDmuEUiXgNaZFsjJlTQUxDpDKlZWIHZFD4GZqScPx2EAOn66IvzEqn5i/s1600/DSCN5321.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="150" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg21POXz8J3XzHHK6XgzH7HazNfObWsLH-q8qV8E8r5SLC0qxhVuvYkm_u-VvH0YlQG077lT1hOf2octuShnH_2BDmuEUiXgNaZFsjJlTQUxDpDKlZWIHZFD4GZqScPx2EAOn66IvzEqn5i/s200/DSCN5321.JPG" width="200" /></a><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgM5ybe2zfjZGDNKc9ZT4KnFnWWsr1gRxaDWlS4VzDb0sn0rVti283x7sEcWtXdUx_w0Iu_mj1pjBNqKzHhk3pDvueNM1FPTf8Yv8K95O-rVPBVT-za1c1rBRsstdgsp0SEGuD1f3IBD303/s1600/DSCN5323.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="150" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgM5ybe2zfjZGDNKc9ZT4KnFnWWsr1gRxaDWlS4VzDb0sn0rVti283x7sEcWtXdUx_w0Iu_mj1pjBNqKzHhk3pDvueNM1FPTf8Yv8K95O-rVPBVT-za1c1rBRsstdgsp0SEGuD1f3IBD303/s200/DSCN5323.JPG" width="200" /></a><br />
Then add two blocks of color using the cardstock you matted your focal photo. I added blocks of color to both pages of my layout. I added a small stripe of Pear carstock to the top of page two above my photo strip then a big block of Cotton Candy cardstock to the bottom. I then added a small piece of Cotton Candy to the bottom right corner of my page 1.<br />
Where will you put your blocks of color and how big will you make them?Alihttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10074655335945344211noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5010829746187306048.post-11678604686842356212011-06-06T11:30:00.000-07:002011-06-06T11:30:38.006-07:00Progressive Challege Day #1Welcome to the summer fun of our weekly Progressive Challenge! The ribbon was placed perfectly with the accents of handmade paper candy, but I really wanted to give that snow feel. I used the NEW Spray Pen. Put water and white paint, shock (with spray nozzle not attached) and then spritzed it across the bottom edges of my page. <br />

Don't just stamp your image, but allow it to really pop of the page. <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhthv6qDhVrfQpdTh5cP8mYS36cchYeUQ0U-AA0xl7DZ2v6MDUILTlKwdZnpoRiVHbZMOFA5RMA0nh1N1ajb8Op_2wNdpws2qAMUM1wri8G1hLsVmMj8nyxxDIvcAFrjh_WogI_fH1fDNjl/s1600/0104011300.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="172" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhthv6qDhVrfQpdTh5cP8mYS36cchYeUQ0U-AA0xl7DZ2v6MDUILTlKwdZnpoRiVHbZMOFA5RMA0nh1N1ajb8Op_2wNdpws2qAMUM1wri8G1hLsVmMj8nyxxDIvcAFrjh_WogI_fH1fDNjl/s320/0104011300.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><br />
Step 1: Ink your image in a base color. (I used Cranberry red.)<br />
Step 2: Take the block and gently "rock" the stamp in a circular motion in a darker color (cocoa or black).<br />
Step 3: Breath on the stamp and press to your paper. <br />
Step 4: Cut the image out and adhere to your layout using 3D foam squares or my favorite substitute, folded up scraps.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEidHDrawe2bLOakpBBo85-1NJKH2yUoTEsgk8iKYMUKTYYSV_Hn0aZWHy7ecDr2qyUS1p3Qk6U8N6Y_OD0iSYySGiJ-dNzrSyOVTuoOsrdcYkVpNUcIw07MSSe8AdA5wcQGxwkVcWJfoEse/s1600/0104011259.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><br />
</a></div>For best results use the correct block size as to not get access ink on the block, if you don't have the right block size make sure you put the image closest to a corner of the block to make the rocking easier.<br />

<br />
After watching the CTMH TV episode I knew I needed to try it for myself! I grabbed a roll of toilet paper, three stamp pads, and my new "A Sip" stamp set and got to work. It was SUPER easy. You use the lighter color first and then use the other two colors and accent the stamp. Breath on the image and then stamp it on your paper. I then just second generation the steam and added my saying. I made 6 gift tags in less than 30 minutes with the great technique that makes people say, how did she do that?<br />

During this time of year like most people we find ourselves rushing about shopping, going to parties, and making lasting memories with the fam! This year we once again made an advent calendar and have found ourselves reading, coloring, and baking! All these things bring a smile to my face and another megabit on my camera. In just a week I will begin my Christmas vacation and look forward to once again SCRAPING! <br />

However, as the years go and since I couldn't figure out exactly how I wanted to do them, my cheap $.97 find just remained packed away. Well, I decided today after cleaning my scrap area that I did have the right papers (Olivia and Grace to be exact) to complete the project. So, I pulled out my scraps, mixed the glue/water, and got a paint brush (I was going to try and not get my hands dirty-what was I thinking?). <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh0zrgsR47ir6EhYqnaTHXjuaNVnSmFwOKMQ0LvDR9XXkvATTYJkVFKDQtczhSFnt-yXUep4UO_D-0wuMOTv1aVO55jhtg_2HcmOTi_E18zPdAKhQ8T_2wceFSXkDEg1xyRfHrtnzd5QZlw/s1600/3d+artwork+%25282%2529.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh0zrgsR47ir6EhYqnaTHXjuaNVnSmFwOKMQ0LvDR9XXkvATTYJkVFKDQtczhSFnt-yXUep4UO_D-0wuMOTv1aVO55jhtg_2HcmOTi_E18zPdAKhQ8T_2wceFSXkDEg1xyRfHrtnzd5QZlw/s320/3d+artwork+%25282%2529.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><br />
Anyway, I begin my task and here comes Josiah and he asked mommy why do you have glue and a paint brush. I explain I am making a decoration for thanksgiving. He says, "mommy can I help you?" How could I resist? So, I tell him to come over to the chair beside me and we get to work. He decides where to put the scraps and I man the glue. In less than an hour we had this beautiful fun fall accent.<br />

I enjoy working for Cleveland City Schools. I enjoy watching children learn and continue to see them make progress. I also find my job as a swim instructor at the Y rewarding. It is so nice to see progress and children loving to swim. I find my job as a grant writer rewarding and challenging. Most importantly my job as a wife and mom is the BEST job anyone could ask for!<br />

It could be as simple as the air you are breathing or ______ (you fill in the blank) <br />
Day 1: I am thankful for God's healing and answered prayers. I came home from work today with a horrible headache. Not from my job mind you, but from the change of season. I wasn't feeling well, but my kiddos couldn't understand why mommy didn't want to play. Maggi gave my head a kiss and said all better? Unfortunately not at that moment. But, Jo said God will heal your head and He did! God is good and reminds me of His healing and answered prayers even if the message comes from the mouth of babes.<br />
<br />
At the end of the month I will compose a list and make several pages describing the things I and my kids are thankful for. Now, I didn't do this last year, but remember very distinctly Jo being asked a church on several occasions what he was thankful for...he always gave the same response...his toy dinosaurs. Oh well...I know he loves me ; ) <br />
<br />
A little More Thanks... <br />
